Great writing, based in post Celtic tiger Cork city. The descriptions of the relationships are excellent, the difficulty of living in poverty is heart breaking and connections are everywhere. An unfortunate murder starts the ball rolling with drug dealing, prostitution and drink. Ryan and Karine are the most engaging with the adults acting inappropriately at every turn.
