Expenditures from this appropriation shall be reimbursed from the Vocational Rehabilitation Act Trust Fund or the Vocational Rehabilitation Act Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Program in accordance with a schedule to be prepared by the department and approved by the director of the budget. The director of the budget shall not issue a certificate of approval for such programs unless he has determined

MAINTENANCE UNDISTRIBUTED

By chapter 50, section 1, of the laws of 1984:

For services and expenses in providing restitution to overcharged petroleum consumers from funds received in connection with the federal petroleum overcharge cases, through implementation of restitutionary programs to meet the terms and conditions specified by the United States department of energy or a court in petroleum overcharge consent orders or other orders.

REAPPROPRIATIONS

Notwithstanding any

other provisions of law, the state energy office shall prepare restitutionary plans required to be submitted to the United States department of energy or a court as a condition to the receipt by the State of petroleum overcharge funds, which plans shall be consistent, to the maximum extent practicable, with the following schedule of restitutionary programs; and provided, further, that no expenditure shall be made hereunder until a certificate of approval has been issued by the director of the budget and a copy of such certificate filed with the state comptroller, the chairman of the senate finance committee and the chairman of the assembly ways and means committee in accordance with the following sub-schedule ......(re. $3,000,000) For services and expenses in providing restitution to overcharged petroleum consumers from funds received in connection with the federal petroleum overcharge cases, through implementation of restitutionary programs to meet the terms and conditions specified by the United States department of energy or a court in petroleum overcharge consent orders or other orders.
