(a) There are 2 Adjutants and 2 Quartermasters of Militia Engineers, who are included in the Establishment of the Royal Engineers. (*) There is, in addition, 1 Officer on the Permanent Start' of the Malta Engineer Militia, who is included in the Establishment of the Royal Engineers.
