The following Bye-laws have been passed by the Senate and sanctioned by His Excellency the Governor in Council. Those relating to the B. A. Degree Examination will come into force in February 1879, and those relating to the M. A, Degree Examination in February 1878.

One of the three following subjects at the option of the Candidate must be brought up., viz., (a.) Mathematics and Natural Philosophy; (b), Physical Science; (c), Logic and Moral Philosophy.

(a.) Mathematics and Natural Philosophy.
