An act for amending an act, paffed in the tenth year of the reign of his prefent Majefty, intituled, An act to enable the trustees of the eftates devised by William Hulme efq; to grant building leafes thereof, and to encrease the number of exhibitioners to Brazen Nofe College, in Oxford, founded by the said teftator, and for other purposes therein mentioned; and to enable the trustees to convey in fee, or grant leases for lives, or for long terms of years, with or without covenants for renewal, or for perpetual renewal, under referved yearly rents, the faid truft eftates; and to enable the truftees to apply the truft monies in making fuch allowance to the exhibitioners as may be thought proper, and for other purposes therein mentioned.
