Earth and Sky shattering book !!!! I read it in Bulgarian my mother's tongue.... I had no idea Bulgaria had a living Literary Giant of the caliber of Kazantzakis... One of the best books I have read. It should be historical, but I think is about a values of life and faith. Three brothers one converted in Islam, the other two are still Christians - ready to lose them life, but sticking in its predecessors' religion. They received more support from them Islamic neighbors then coming up rapists. The destiny is curving in different aspects, but the end is loaded with a lot of hope.
It is worth reading this book.
