sin, neither run into any kind of danger; but that all our doings may be ordered by thy governance, to do always that which is righteous in thy sight, through Jesus Christ our only Mediator and Advocate.

O Lord God of our Salvation, who hast been exceedingly gracious unto this land, we offer unto thee our sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving for the same humbly beseeching thee to accept this our unfeigned, though unworthy oblation of ourselves; vowing all holy obedience in thought, word, and work, unto thy Divine Majesty; and promising all loyal and dutiful allegiance to thy servant GEORGE Our King; whom we beseech thee to bless with all increase of grace, honour, and happiness in this world, and to crown him with immortality and glory in the world

to come, for Jesus Christ his sake, our only Lord and Saviour.

Almighty God, Father of all mercies, we thine unworthy servants do give thee most humble and hearty thanks for all thy goodness and loving-kindness to us, and to all men. We bless thee for our creation, preservation, and all the blessings of this life; but above all, for thine inestimable love in the redemption of the world by our Lord Jesus Christ; for the means of grace here, and for the hope of glory hereafter. And we beseech thee, give us that due sense of all thy mercies, that our hearts may be unfeignedly thankful; and that we may shew forth thy praise, not only with our lips, but in our lives; by giving up ourselves to thy service, and by walking before thee in holiness and righteousness all

our days, through Jesus Christ our Lord; to whom, with thee and the Holy Ghost, be all honour and glory, world without end.

Assist us mercifully, O Lord, in these our supplications and prayers, and dispose the way of thy servants towards the attainment of everlasting salvation; that among all the changes and chances of this mortal life, they may ever be defended by thy most gracious and ready help, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

The Lord bless us, and keep us. The Lord lift up the light of his countenance upon us, and give us peace now and for evermore. Amen.

FRIDAY EVENING.

O LORD, thou art our God; we will exalt thee, we will praise thy Name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. Be thou our arm every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble. Look thou upon us, and be merciful unto us, as thou usest to do unto those that love thy Name. Order our steps in thy Word; and let not any iniquity have dominion over us. Make thy face to shine upon thy servants, and teach us thy statutes.

Grant unto us, we beseech thee, merciful Lord, and to all thy faithful

people, pardon and peace; that we may be cleansed from all our sins, and serve thee with a quiet mind, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

O everlasting God, who hast ordained and constituted the services of Angels and men in a wonderful order; mercifully grant, that as thy holy Angels always do thee service in heaven; so by thy appointment they may succour and defend us on earth, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven. Give us, this day, our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive them that trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil For thine is the kingdom, and
