E it remembered, that on the 21st day of July, in the twenty-seventh year of the Independence of the United States of America, NOAH WEBSTER, jun. of said District, Esquire, hath deposited in this office, the Title of a Book, the right whereof he claims as author in the words following, viz.

"Elements of Useful Knowledge, Volume 1st, containing 65 a Historical and Geographical account of the United "States, for the use of Schools, by NOAH WEB"STER, Jun."
