Present perfect indicatives-C after have, are the forms for I, and all plurals. Ex.: I have arisen; we have arisen; men have arisen. C after hast, are the forms for thou. Ex.: Thou hast arisen. C after has or hath, are the forms for all singulars except I and thou. Ex.: He has arisen, or he hath arisen.

Past imperfect indicatives-B are the forms for all agents, except thou. Ex.: I arose, we arose, he arose. B ended with st are the forms for thou. Ex.: Thou arosest.

Past perfect indicatives-G after had, are forms for all agents except thou. Ex.: I had arisen, we had arisen, he had arisen. C after hadst, are the forms for thou. Ex.: Thou hadst arisen.

Future imperfect indicatives-A after shall or will, are the forms for all agents except thou. Ex.: I shall or will arise, he shall or will arise, we shall or will arise. A after shalt or wilt, are the forms for thou. Ex.: Thou shalt or wilt arise.

Future perfect indicatives-C after shall have or will have, are the forms for all agents except thou. Ex.: I shall or will have arisen, he shall or will have arisen, we shall or will have arisen. C after shalt have or wilt have Ex.: Thou shalt or wilt have

The forms of the future imperfect are like the forms

of the present imperfect, and forms of the future perfect are like the forms of the present perfect potentials.

Past imperfect potentials-A after might and could, are the forms for all agents except thou. Ex.: I might arise, I could arise; he might arise, he could arise; we might arise, we could arise. A after mightst and couldst, are the forms for thou. Ex.: Thou mightst arise, thou couldst arise.

Past perfect potentials-C, after might have and could have, are the forms for all agents except thou. Ex.: I might have arisen, I could have arisen; he might have arisen; he could have arisen; we might have arisen; we could have arisen. C, after mightst have and couldst have, are the forms for thou. Ex.: Thou mightst have arisen; thou couldst have arisen.

Ex.: I would arise; I should arise; I must arise; he would arise; he should arise; he must arise; we would arise; we should arise; we must arise; thou must arise. A, after wouldst, shouldst, and must, are the forms for thou. Ex.: Thou wouldst arise; thou shouldst arise; thou must arise.

Ex.: I would have arisen; I should have arisen ; I must have arisen; he would have arisen; he should have arisen; he must have arisen; we would have arisen; we should have arisen; we must have arisen. C, after wouldst have, shouldst have, and must have, are the forms for thou. Ex.: Thou wouldst have arisen; thou shouldst have arisen; thou must have arisen.

A, are the forms for imperatives. Ex.: Arise, or arise thou, or, do thou arise; arise, or arise ye or you, or, do ye or you arise.
