been made by the Auther to the Divine Majesty only, how should

non presume. to interest any mortal man in the patronage of it? Much less think we it meet to seek the recommendation of the Mofes, for that which bimself was confident to have been inspired by a diviner breath than flores from Helicon. The world therefore Mall receive it in that naked simplicity, with which be left it, without any addition either of support or ornament, more than is in. cluded in it self. Wé leave it free and other forestalled to every mans judgment, and to the benefit that he shall finde by perusál. Onely for the clearing of some parages, we have thought it not nxfit to make the coinmon Reader privy to Some few particularities of the condition and disposition of the Person.
