Facilities for the Physically Disabled Purpose

By chapter 54, section 1, of the laws of 1981, and chapter 54, section 3, of the laws of 1984, for:

To provide for alterations and improvements to State facilities and to the City University and the Community Colleges of the State University in accordance with statutory matching formulas, to achieve compliance with U. S. Department of Health and Human Services regulations for Non-Discrimination on Basis of Handicap, or to meet other applicable State and Federal codes, including including the preparation or review of plans, specifications and estimates, for supervision and inspection, for studies and appraisals and surveys, and apportionments to other departments or agencies for these purposes (00779604) (re. $1,806,000)

ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FOR STATE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

CONSTRUCTION SUPPLEMENT (CCP)

Preservation of Facilities Purpose

By chapter 54, section 1, of the laws of 1982, and by chapter 54, section 3, of the laws of 1984, for:

Το supplement any appropriation made available for the construction, reconstruction or improvement of a state project.

Such supplement shall be made available upon certification by the respective public officers of the State department, agency, or instrumentality concerned that the project is urgent and necessary, and (a) the amount of the lowest acceptable bids received and recommended by the bidding agency exceeds the amount available in the appropriation for such project or that (b) the amount of the final estimate for the performance of the work by force account exceeds the amount available in the appropriation for such project. Such certification shall specify the amount of supplement required. The moneys hereby appropriated also shall be available upon certification of need by the respective public officers of the State departments, agencies, or instrumentalities concerned for payment of obligations incurred under any capital projects fund appropriation which has lapsed prior to full payment of obligations (02189703)..

LAND SUPPLEMENT (CCP)

New Facilities Purpose

By chapter 992, section 15, of the laws of 1974, as amended by chapter 54, section 6, of the laws of 1977, and as reappropriated by chapter 54, section 3, of the laws of 1984, for:

CAPITAL PROJECTS

Acquisition of property, including appraisals and surveys and for payment to supplement any capital construction fund appropriation for State projects for the acquisition of property, for the various State departments and for payment in the amount that (a) a judgment of the court of claims against the State for damages arising out of the appropriation of real property by the State inclusive of interest thereon as allowed by law, or (b) the amount, including interest thereon as allowed by law, or such damages fixed by agreement, as the result of a pretrial conference, in settlement of a claim for such damages in the court of claims, exceeds the amount otherwise appropriated and made available by the director of the budget for the payment of such damages.
