By the Commiffioners for executing the Office of The Lords Commiffioners of his Majefty's Treafury hav- No. 33. ing represented to us, that, Mr. James Bogle French, merchant, has chartered the ship Barbadoes Planter, Ifaac Blackburne, mafter, for the purpose of carrying from Grenada to America a quantity of rum, which he has contracted to fupply for the ufe of the army in America; and their Lordships having defired that the faid fhip may have a licence to proceed and carry the faid rum to America; We do, in purfu ance of an act paffed in the prefent feffion of Parliament, intituled, "An act to prohibit all trade and intercourfe with the feveral colonies therein mentioned, hereby license, authorize and permit Ifaac Blackburne, mafter of the faid fhip Barbadoes Planter, of the burthen of ---- tons, to proceed with her and the faid cargo of ruin, from the iflands of Grenada, St. Vincent, Dominica or Tobago, to the port of Bofton or any other town or place in North America, garrifoned or poffeffed by any of his Majefty's troops, and not elfewhere, there to unload and deliver the faid cargo, and return from thence with his faid fhip to Great-Britain or Ireland."
