The comptroller is hereby authorized to receive from the federal government, and to deposit to the credit of the general fund, amounts of money equal to the expenditures herein authorized so that the state is reimbursed in full for any and all such payments LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PLANNING STUDIES General Fund For the federal share of transportation planning programs in state urban areas as authorized by the urban mass transportation act of 1964 as last amended and by section 104(f), Title 23, United States Code. For payment by the state of the share of the federal government for continuing comprehensive transportation planning and coordinated support transit studies undertaken as part of the unified work programs of participating local planning or municipal agencies in accordance with grant agreements approved by the urban mass transportation administration or the federal highway administration.
