services and expenses of the developmental disabilities planning council related to the provision of services to the developmentally disabled under the provisions of the federal developmental disabilities bill of rights act of nineteen hundred seventy-five. The director shall make quarterly reports to the director of the budget, the commissioner of OMRDD, the chairman of the senate finance committee, and the chairman of the assembly ways and means committee. The reports shall include new grant awards, and a listing of services currently being provided, their cost, location and target population. The report shall also show how successful projects are to be integrated into the ongoing OMRDD funding stream for local assistance.

COMMISSION ON THE QUALITY OF CARE FOR THE MENTALLY DISABLED--Cont.

The chairman of the commission shall utilize
the following amount to survey and evalu-
ate the quality of living conditions
provided by the office of mental health in
adult psychiatric
psychiatric centers. The chairman
shall submit quarterly reports to the
director of the budget, the majority
leader of the senate, and the speaker of
the assembly starting on June 30, 1985,
which shall summarize the commission's ac-
tivities and findings to date including
any deficiencies identified with respect
to quality of living conditions, and, if
such report refers to a psychiatric center
that had previously been surveyed, indi-
cate any steps that the office of mental
health has taken to correct specific defi-
ciencies cited by the commission
