The various seasons woven into one,

And that one season an eternal spring,

Antipathies are none. No foe to man

THE ANIMAL CREATION.

GENESIS I. 26.

And God said, Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

IN two former discourses, I have considered the principal of those passages in the Old and New Testament, which relate to the case of the animal creation, the design of God in placing them under the dominion of man, and some of the precepts respecting them. I'
