his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt; To drive out nations from

AMONG the extraordinary signs which characterize

the

present times, one of the most remarkable is the prominence which the Jewish nation has so recently acquired in the public mind, not only in this country, but throughout the whole of civilized Europe.
