Which much delighted Mary;
And near the cage she'd ever sit,
To hear her own canary.

One for my master,

One for my dame;
But none for the little girl

Humpty Dumpty had a great fall ;

All the king's horses and all the king's men

SIMPLE SIMON.

Simple Simon met a pieman
Going to the fair;

Says Simple Simon to the pieman,

Says the pieman unto Simple Simon, "Show me first your penny."

Says Simple Simon to the pieman,

To put upon his tail.

IIe went to shoot a wild duck,
But wild duck flew away.

Says Simon, "I can't hit him,

Because he will not stay."
