I have the book, have read the book. I tried the Shapeshifting exercise
because I am a very imaginative person. I have had some very interes-
ting days and nights; I enjoy interacting with my Alter
/ Inner Self, I am
her and she is me. My nights aren't so lonely anymore. I enjoyed the
book and I would recommend it, very informative reading.
