Good story with a plot that jogs along. nice plot twist near the end that any noir fan shld see coming, but somehow it was still a surprise. I misse the Hard Case Crime book club, because this is not a book I wld have normally picked up. But I enjoyed it.

Author Russell Hill has lived in the Lubbock area since 1970 and is a graduate of Texas Tech University. He is an avid collector of paper ephemera depicting the growth and development of Lubbock and Texas Tech.
